Zoned Pricing Policy*
Please note that prices are subject to change, as needed.
- To make it easier for customers, we are now offering delivered pricing. This new pricing factors in the freight costs for each item, allowing you to have a more accurate cost per unit.
- When you choose this new pricing, Lake Champlain Chocolates will choose the best and cheapest shipping method to ensure that your order ships on time and arrives in optimum condition, every time. This means that your pricing will not change throughout the year, regardless of the weather or how your order ships (whether by ground or by air).
- Pricing is separated into 3 separate zones and will be determined by the end destination location.
- For your pricing, simply find the location of your retail location on the map below to determine which zone price (1, 2, or 3) you are in.
*Please note that when you choose delivered pricing, you are expected to stay with this pricing for all of your orders throughout the year.

Helpful Storage Tips:
Carefully handling your chocolate helps to ensure that your customers experience the same satisfaction as those who visit our retail locations in Vermont.
- Rotate Stock, making sure to keep older products at the front of displays and storage areas.
- Store chocolates in a cool, dry place between 65° and 70°, with humidity of 45% to 55%.
- Do not refrigerate chocolate, as it will cause condensation and bloom (discoloration).
- Keep chocolate away from:
- Floors & walls (for air circulation)
- Dry goods such as cereal and grains, which might attract insects
- Display lights and sunny windows, which give off heat
