This single-origin chocolate showcases that cacao's bright fruit flavors, layering notes of cranberry with apple and pleasing spikes of lemon citrus. A true bean-to-bar chocolate — made from scratch in Burlington, Vermont, using only organic cocoa beans and organic cane sugar.   Crafted in an allergen-free facility (no gluten, soy, or nuts). 12 bars per case.
