So it’s only natural to blend our Madagascar 82% dark chocolate with a wild voatsiperifery pepper harvested on the very same island. The pepper adds a savory quality to the chocolate bar, pushing the red fruit to the background and allowing the emerging spiciness to marry with bright spikes of sour citrus.   This bar exemplifies the simple study of provenance - what grows together, goes together. Made in Vermont from organic cacao bean to craft chocolate bar. Crafted in an allergen-free facility (no gluten, soy, or nuts). 12 bars per case.
